I haven't had the chance to tell you how many laughs I've gotten from the Mr. Chips series...it's been wonderful! Striking similarities to your situation on the rental property (although yours was much more planned out). Not sure if you saw this link http://theliteraryhorse.wordpress.com/mr-chips/mr-chips-greatest-hits/ but the last video is great with the four guys playing on the table top. Cae thought it was great.
